Returns and Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy. To start a return, please contact us at glassfigurines@earthlink.net
All returns must be shipped in the original box and with the original wrapping material. We recommend insuring your package, as we can't be held responsible for any lost or damaged returns.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Retain all packaging, as discarding it will void any claims. We will work with the shipping company to resolve the issue and, depending on your preference, either issue a refund or send a replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you require an immediate replacement, please place a new order, and we will issue a refund for the original item once it is returned.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns, unless there was an error with your order or the item arrived damaged. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
