We ship all orders within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). If you place an order over the weekend or during a holiday, it will be processed the next business day.

Each figurine is carefully wrapped in multiple layers of protective bubble wrap, then placed in a sturdy box with packing peanuts or foam to keep it secure and prevent movement during transit. We take extra care in packaging our handmade glass figurines to ensure they reach you safely.
